Topeka Day Trip

Haley and I met up in Topeka with the kiddos for a day of fun.  She "forgot" to tell me that she was on call that day and ended up being called in while we were at our first stop. 

Nothing like being alone with 5 kids (ages 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7) at a trampoline park, but we survived and I even got everyone to McAllister's and ordered food before Haley got back.

Next up was the Discover Center.

We were going to try to zoo for a bit next, but it closed early for an event so we settled for a train ride around Gage Park.

Finally a little ice cream to finish off our fun day...loaded up some exhausted kids and enjoyed the quiet ride home while everyone slept.

Axel Weekend

Dalton and Haley attended the Kansas State football game in Manhattan this past weekend which meant we got to babysit Baby Axel!

They came down Friday night so we took advantage of making our bedtime routine a bit more fun with a plus one.

Saturday involved lots of smiles and snuggles.
