Topeka Day Trip

Haley and I met up in Topeka with the kiddos for a day of fun.  She "forgot" to tell me that she was on call that day and ended up being called in while we were at our first stop. 

Nothing like being alone with 5 kids (ages 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7) at a trampoline park, but we survived and I even got everyone to McAllister's and ordered food before Haley got back.

Next up was the Discover Center.

We were going to try to zoo for a bit next, but it closed early for an event so we settled for a train ride around Gage Park.

Finally a little ice cream to finish off our fun day...loaded up some exhausted kids and enjoyed the quiet ride home while everyone slept.

Spring Break in Branson - Day 3 & 4

 

We love us some Dana's BBQ.

When we were last in Branson in July Oliver saw a Buzz Lightyear toy at the Disney store that he really wanted, but he had already spent his money.  He hadn't forgotten about it and knew what he was going to spent his hard earned money on this year.

Paisley knew she wanted to spent her money at the Disney store too and found a cute little purse.

This girl always has to pee at the most inconvenient times.

Her purse was on clearance so we took her to Claire's to get her some necklaces and bracelets for her purse.  She went way over budget, but all she had to do what bat her long eyelashes at daddy and he gave in.

The Aquarium is new in Branson and it was at the top of our list for this trip.

Vacation means constant snacks for this girl.

Riley and I did a little outdoor mini golf while the kids napped one afternoon.

Big Air Trampoline Park was also high on the kids' list of places they wanted visit.
