Bath Time is the Best Time

Ollie loves taking baths.  He is such an easy, laid back baby already, but it seems that bath time mellows him out even more.

I could stare at his cute little face all day.

Aunt Jaime spoiled him with the cutest little slippers in the world.

 

Baby O's Baptism: Family & Friends

We were blessed to have our families join us for Oliver's baptism. 

 

 

 We chose our good friends, Krista and Jacob, to be Oliver's Godparents.

It's not a celebration with out Grandma Mary cake.

Oliver was baptized into the Catholic Church at St. Isidore's this past Sunday.

Riley and Oliver have the same somber expression.

Ollie was mellow through the whole ceremony.

Father Jarett Konrade baptized Oliver.  He will be leaving St. Isidore's soon so we were happy to have him be a part of Ollie's special day.  When Riley joined the Catholic Church and went through  RCIA classes, it was Father Jarett who lead the classes.  We took our marriage prep course through him as well.

Riley's 24th & Dad's 50th

We celebrated Riley's 24th birthday on Friday night at La Fiesta.  Riley's parents along with Jaime and Shelby joined us for the birthday festivities.

Things got a little messy for the birthday boy...

This evening, we traveled to Topeka to celebrate my dad's 50th.  

We ate at Texas Roadhouse.
