We celebrated Ollie's 3rd birthday early this year. Since he shares his birthday with his cousin, Tyson, we have to coordinate parties.
Ollie's birthday theme this year was John Deere.
We had a grazing table for snacks including chicken feed, farm animals, tractor tires, hay bales, and Ollie's garden.
We had lots of family and friends join in the festivities.
Oliver hit the jackpot and received lots of really great gifts.
Every time he opened a card or gift he would say "For Me?!"
This kid.... he is so spoiled and just plain used to getting money in cards that he was very disappointed when a card didn't contain money. He would shake the card upside down and say, "No money?!" Oh my!
When I decided that we would have a John Deere themed birthday party for Oliver, Riley saw his chance to add to Oliver's toy collection with something that he wanted.
John Deere has a Big Farm line and Riley has been eyeing the combine forever. He suggested to Oliver several weeks back that he might want a combine for his birthday. So every time anyone asked Ollie what he wanted for his birthday he said, "A combine!"
So both daddy and Ollie got spoiled with this gift!
Daddy and Uncle Shelby were just as excited as Ollie was about the new toy!
Grandma Mary made Ollie a sweet tractor cake with cupcakes!
